Refund policy
When and how to request a refund for digital products.

1. When a refund applies
A full refund is available within 14 calendar days when the delivered product does not match its store description, the file is corrupt or incomplete, or delivery did not occur.
2. How to request it
Email trilanellc@proton.me from the purchase address with your order reference and a clear description of the issue. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
3. Digital withdrawal and conformity
Immediate delivery begins with the buyer's express request and acknowledgement of loss of withdrawal rights for digital content. This does not limit mandatory rights when the content is defective or non-conforming.
4. Governing version
This translation is for convenience. If it differs from the Spanish refund policy, the Spanish version prevails, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
