Terms and conditions
Terms for buying and using ProveedorSecreto digital products.

1. Contract and delivery
The seller is Trilane LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. Products are digital PDFs delivered immediately after successful payment to the email and download area.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros with applicable VAT included. Stripe processes the payment and calculates tax according to the buyer's location.
3. Immediate digital content
By paying, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right may be lost once supply begins, as permitted for digital content. Your order and delivery are recorded.
4. Licence
Individual products are for personal, non-transferable use and may not be redistributed. Total Access includes only the resale rights expressly stated in its included licence; ownership claims and removal of ProveedorSecreto credits are prohibited.
5. Support
PDF products include no after-purchase consulting. We only assist with delivery, corrupt-file or access problems at trilanellc@proton.me. The VIP course, when purchased separately, is limited to two email consultations; no calls, messaging apps or business management are included.
6. Refunds and conformity
Refund requests must be emailed to trilanellc@proton.me from the purchase address. A full refund is available within 14 days when the delivered file differs from its description, is corrupt or incomplete, or was not delivered. Mandatory conformity rights remain unaffected.
7. No result guarantee
The files are informational. We do not guarantee sales, margins, savings or any other result. Buyers must independently verify every supplier and use protected payment methods.
8. Limits of responsibility
Our responsibility is limited to purchases made directly at proveedorsecreto.es and correct delivery of the purchased PDF. We do not sell physical goods and are not responsible for third-party suppliers, orders, investments, goods, fraud, delays or losses.
9. Advertising and TikTok
TikTok videos, adverts, comments, direct messages and all social-media content are promotional only and have no contractual value. Prices and products may differ. Only this website at purchase time is binding; the only official contact is trilanellc@proton.me.
10. Law and language
Spanish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protection in the buyer's country. This translation is for convenience; the Spanish version prevails if versions differ.
